Michael Hess, RICP: Has been in the financial services industry since 1996. He started his career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, then an annuity wholesaler with Hartford Life and Guardian Life. During that time he earned his Retirement Income Certified Professional designation from the American College and was promoted to Co-National Sales Manager of both Annuity and 401K sales. By the time he finished his wholesaling career he was elevated again to National Speaker on retirement income. Mike joined WestPac in 2018 and is part of our Business Resource Center where he works with other financial advisors and their clients to build reliable retirement income streams.
Rich Kettley: Our Vice President of Marketing and Development, has over twenty years of experience coaching and training tens of thousands of financial professionals in marketing, practice management, sales skills, and product knowledge. In addition to leading large-group sessions, Rich works one-on-one with some of the industry's top producers and their clients, a privilege he thoroughly enjoys. He has found his calling in guiding and developing hundreds of representatives, working closely with the top 10% on their strategic initiatives.
