For nearly 30 years, I’ve coached and trained thousands of financial professionals in marketing, practice management, sales, and product knowledge. From large-scale workshops to one-on-one coaching with the industry's top performers, I’ve built my career around helping others grow — not just in business, but in purpose and legacy.
As Vice President of Marketing & Development at WestPac, I’ve found my calling: developing scalable systems, elevating performance, and mentoring advisors to build lives and businesses of lasting impact.
I’m a systems guy at heart. I don’t just build programs — I build repeatable processes that allow others to lead with intention, serve with excellence, and grow with confidence.
But my most meaningful leadership happens off the clock. I’m a father of six (four boys, two girls), husband,
mentor, and adventure guide to youth groups. Whether I’m prepping my autistic son’s piano recital, leading a 50-mile backpacking trip, coaching teens on etiquette, or organizing 100-mile bike ride prep, I believe in
showing up — fully, faithfully, and with purpose.
I attended my first MDRT in 1994 and graduated from BYU’s Marriott School of Business. I’m constantly learning, improving, and helping others do the same. My mission is to live life as a journey, not a destination
— to say “no” to the noise so I can say “yes” to what matters most.
