As a former NCAA Division I volleyball coach, Winston built plans that helped athletes excel on the court. He
holds a B.S. in Marketing and ManagementEntrepreneurship from Point Loma Nazarene University and applies that coaching mindset to wealth strategies by working with business owners and young families to set financial goals, map the plays, and deliver strategies.
During his tenure at Cal Poly, he:
- Scouted opponents to uncover hidden opportunities
- Built advanced statistical models to inform every game plan
- Collaborated with coaches nationwide on datadriven solutions
At WestPac Wealth Partners, Winston applies that same analytical framework with a coaching background to tax
strategies, cash-flow optimization, and holistic wealth building. He coaches clients through each milestone,
from establishing benchmarks to tracking progress and adjusting plans as life’s priorities change, ensuring they
stay on course to achieve their biggest goals.
Outside work, you’ll find Winston on the golf course, at the pickleball courts, serving on his church's worship team, or traveling the country to attend line dancing events. He is joyfully married to his wife, Nicole, who keeps him on his toes and in step.
