Vincent “Vinny” Fashano, believes in empowering his clients to fall in love with the process, not the results, the same way he has.
A Sacramento native, Vinny has spent time in different cities throughout his life due to school and baseball, but he has always found his way back to the capitol city. He is a former Sacramento City College Athlete, and a graduate of CSU Sacramento’s College of Business.
Being fortunate to have grown up around sports and business, it instilled values early on that continue to shape his approach today. Teamwork-surrounding yourself with the right people. Fundamentals-ensuring a strong foundation before building any plan. Accountability-being honest, adjusting when needed, and staying committed to improvement. These principles are deeply embedded in how Vincent serves his clients.
Vincent works with professionals, families, and business owners, acting as the "quarterback" of their financial team. He takes pride in being a strategic alliance and central point of contact throughout every stage of the process. Too often, individuals receive advice from multiple sources without coordination or clear intent, leading to frustration and disorganization. Vincent and his team take a different approach, they bring the team to you. Bringing a coordinated strategy, all working toward the same goal. Outside of work, he continues the same hobbies he had as a child, staying active through sports and fitness. Only difference is now, that's watching a game, playing in a recreational league, or participating in charity golf tournaments. He also values time spent in the kitchen and with loved ones, appreciating the simple moments in life. Proud of his Italian heritage, Vincent expresses this through cooking and his involvement with the Piemonte Reale community, where he is committed to preserving generational traditions. Known as a connector and resource, he takes pride in building genuine relationships and being someone his clients and community can rely on.
