Steve is a Chartered Financial Consultant® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor who has been in practice since 2012, helping business owners and families plan for their future.
He works with individuals who have built strong income and assets but lack clarity on how everything fits together. Many of his clients have tied up most of their wealth in their business, are paying significant taxes without a clear long term strategy, and have no defined plan for retaining key employees or eventually stepping back.
Steve helps clients gain clarity and direction by making sure their entire financial picture is working together. He
coordinates closely with CPAs, attorneys, and other advisors so decisions are aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.
He serves as a board member of the Hawaii Estate Planning Council and the Maui Historical Society and actively supports the Construction Industry of Maui and the Maui Paddling Hui.
Steve lives on Maui with his wife and two daughters and enjoys staying active outdoors.
