I am Reed Puzzitiello, a Financial Professional with a passion for helping individuals feel confident about their future. Through my work, I strive to help people think bigger, recognize their potential, and make informed decisions that support the life they want to build. My personal experiences have shaped a deep commitment to helping others feel prepared, no matter the economic environment or uncertainty they may face.

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, I’ve seen firsthand how unexpected events, such as hurricanes Helene and Milton in 2024, can quickly change circumstances and priorities. Those experiences reinforced my belief that preparation and clarity matter most when life is unpredictable. Many people feel overwhelmed or uncertain about their finances not because they lack ambition, but because they haven’t been given the opportunity to fully understand their options or align their resources with what truly matters to them. Through WestPac’s team-based planning process, we help clients gain perspective, identify opportunities, and create strategies that support their goals through every stage of life.

Growing up, some of my most meaningful memories were made at my grandparents’ house, where family was always at the center of everything. Gathered around the table over Italian meatballs, freshly made pasta, and plenty of laughter, card games would unfold while Buccaneers and Lightning games played in the background. Those moments shaped my belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a life they truly enjoy. Today, that belief drives my desire to help individuals pursue their goals and protect the people and experiences that matter most to them.

Outside of my professional work, I value staying active and pushing myself both physically and mentally. I’ve completed in Ironman races, experiences that have reinforced the importance of discipline, preparation, and resilience, principles that carry over into every area of life. I’m also an active member of Florida Velo, a well-known cycling group in the Southeast region that emphasizes community, consistency, and personal growth. These pursuits keep me grounded and continually remind me of the power of setting goals, committing to a process, and showing up day after day.
