He always emphasized the analytical side of the business – evaluating markets, assessing opportunities and crunching the numbers to deliver sound information to the real people involved.
Buying and selling sports cards in his early teens, purchasing his first investment property at age 19 and co-founding, managing, and eventually selling, a real estate company has given him extensive knowledge of business ownership and the financial considerations that shape long-term success.
