During his college years, Makoa seized the opportunity to intern at WestPac Wealth Partners, an experience that profoundly impacted him. Drawn to the firm's commitment to excellence and its distinctive ethos, he made the decision to rejoin WestPac in Orange County. Motivated by a desire to leverage his skills and experience as a Financial Professional, Makoa transitioned back to the firm after his tenure in commercial real estate.
While engaged in commercial real estate, he evaluated and approved multimillion-dollar loan portfolios, demonstrating his analytical prowess and financial acumen.
