Joshua Tobosa is a Financial Representative with WestPac Wealth Partners and a retired Chief Petty Officer with more than 22 years of distinguished service in the United States Coast Guard.
Born and raised in Pearl City, Joshua brings deep local roots, disciplined leadership, and a servant’s heart to his
work with families, veterans, and business owners across Hawai‘i. Throughout his Coast Guard career, he held key leadership roles where sound judgment, accountability, and care for others were not optional — they were
expected. In his final years of service, he served as a Command Financial Specialist, working one-on-one with
service members and their families to strengthen budgeting habits, navigate Thrift Savings Plan decisions,
and prepare for long-term financial stability. That experience solidified his passion for helping others gain
clarity, confidence, and control over their financial lives.
Today, Joshua works with veterans transitioning into civilian life, business owners aligning personal wealth with
business success, and local families balancing Hawai‘i’s high cost of living with multigenerational responsibilities and long-term goals.
He believes financial success is not only about preparing intentionally for the future, but also about living fully in the present with confidence. His approach centers on education and clarity, empowering clients to remain
confident decision-makers while he provides structure, insight, and thoughtful guidance.
Rooted in service and guided by Aloha, Joshua is committed to building long-term relationships grounded in
integrity, consistency, and care. He and his wife, Ashley, are raising their three daughters in Hawai‘i and consider it an honor to continue serving the community they proudly call home.
