Jason Shapiro currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at WestPac Wealth Partners. Prior to this role, he dedicated 15 years to Northwestern Mutual. A graduate in communicationsfrom the University of California-Davis, Jason initially pursued his passion as a minor league baseball player with the Chicago White Sox organization. Following his time in professionalsports, he spent 13 years in the mortgage lending industry, both on the retail and wholesale side.
Within Northwestern Mutual, Jason quickly emerged as a leader, achieving significant milestones in his first year and gaining immediate recognition for his impactful contributions to his clients'. In 2012, he earned Forum status, placing him among the top 2% of Northwestern Mutual Professionals, a feat he achieved over the next 11 campaigns. Jason was named a Top 10 Professional in the Western Region in 2013 and 2019, as well as a Top 20 Professional (the highest of Northwestern Mutual honors) company-wide in 2020, a testament to his unwavering work ethic and dedication.
Family holds a special place in Jason's life. Married to Felicia, they have two daughters, Jordyn and Kayla. He is a UCLA Bruin and a Wisconsin Badger “Dad”. Away from work, Jason finds joy in golfing, exercising, and exploring warm destinations around the world. Together, Felicia and Jason are committed to philanthropy. The Shapiro’s have dedicated numerous hours to volunteering as a family unit throughout the years. Specifically including Operation Gratitude, The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Tower Cancer Research, and the Jewish Big Brothers and Big Sisters. As a devoted "girl dad," Jason treasures every moment spent with his daughters, whether creating memories through car sing-alongs, cooking together, attending concerts at the Hollywood Bowl or sporting events.
