Florence began her career in the telecommunications industry, joining a satellite sales company as a receptionist. Her strong work ethic and natural aptitude for numbers quickly set her apart, leading to a promotion into the accounts department, where she managed both purchase and sales ledgers. Inspired by the processes and her growing passion for financial accuracy, Florence pursued an associate degree in accounting, laying out the foundation for her future in finance.
Over the years, Florence gained experience across both private and public sectors, strengthening her experience in accounting and financial operations. As her career evolved, she relocated to the United States, where she expanded her love of numbers into the broader financial world and transitioned into the financial services industry.
Driven by a deep commitment to service, Florence blends her financial knowledge with her passion for helping others. She is dedicated to educating families and business owners, empowering them to understand how their finances work, and guiding them toward long-term financial success. Outside of her professional work, Florence is an active member of her community. She serves on her church board of directors, sings in the choir, and volunteers in children and prayer ministries. Florence is married and the proud mother of four boys. She resides in Northern California, where she enjoys acting, traveling, spending time with her family, and finding moments of rest and connection.
