As an immigrant, Fabio quickly learned the importance of working hard and being regarded not only as a hard-working problem solver but also as a trusted member of the team. As well as having a team-based mentality, Fabio leaned into his ability to create strong, meaningful relationships. Fabio relishes challenges, having succeeded in growing up in a challenging environment; he understands the meaning of perseverance and seeing things to their completion. Skills that are still pervasive in his approach, and which he still uses daily to help his clients reach their goals.
As a first generation American, and first member of his family to attend college, Fabio developed a career in the Medical Field, where he quickly rose the up the ranks to Director level. Fabio was instrumental in decision making in areas pertaining to budgeting and fiscal planning as well as clinical decision making. His many years of experience translate well to helping business owners and decision makers plan for future business changes.
After a very successful career in the medical field, Fabio transitioned to the Financial Services field to help business owners and individuals plan accordingly to help navigate today's complex world of economics. His simple approach to financial strategy includes utilizing the many resources available from his talented team members, including CPAs, attorneys, and advisors. Fabio understands that every business or individual need is unique and thus requires unique solutions. Because of this simple approach, Fabio has been able to grow his practice by primarily helping business owners, medical professionals and high net worth individuals.
When not working, Fabio enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children and 2 dogs, travelling to exotic places (yes, the dogs must travel too). Fabio is a big sports fan, when not travelling, he enjoys being a volunteer coach for his local high school volleyball team as well as coaching his youngest son’s basketball team. Fabio enjoys reading about military history and learning about early civilizations.
