With a background spanning psychology, market research, real estate, and education, Dave brings a rare combination of analytical insight and practical experience to his clients. His mission is to help individuals and families protect, grow, and build their wealth through strategies tailored to their unique goals and
circumstances.
Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Dave earned his Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan while working alongside his father in the commercial fishing industry. After graduation, he began his professional career in market research, guiding organizations in understanding and serving their customers more effectively. His career later transitioned into real estate, where he worked with CBRE and went on to become a successful investor and educator. As co-founder of Rev N You with Real Estate, one of Canada’s most recognized real estate education companies, Dave helped thousands of Canadians learn how to build wealth safely through real estate investing.
After more than a decade in real estate, Dave followed a passion for film and television, training with top acting
coaches in Los Angeles and performing improv at The Groundlings. Eventually, his desire to create impact through education and guidance led him back to helping others — this time through financial advising.
Now with WestPac Wealth Partners, Dave specializes in helping Canadians and Americans navigate cross-border financial strategies, particularly those involving real estate, LLCs, and business ownership. His goal is to close the knowledge gap and provide clients with clear, actionable strategies to preserve and grow their assets.
Outside of his work with WestPac, Dave still enjoys acting, playing pickleball, and mountain biking across the trails of the Southwest and beyond.
