Bridget Orr

Bridget Orr is a Texas native who now calls Arizona home. A former volleyball player at the University
of Alabama, she went on to compete professionally in Spain and Chile, experiences that shaped her strong work ethic, resilience, and team-first mindset. Today, that same competitive spirit shows up in a more meaningful way through her leadership and the way she supports those around her.

Throughout her career, Bridget has taken on business development and marketing leadership roles across a variety of industries, including her time at UBS before joining WestPac. At the heart of it all is her genuine love for people.

She is passionate about building real relationships, strengthening her team, and creating an exceptional experience for every client. Bridget believes in truly understanding each person’s story and goals, and she takes pride in sharing financial guidance that helps open doors, create opportunity, and build lasting stability for families. She is deeply motivated by the success of those around her and feels incredibly grateful to be part of this team.

Her greatest joy is her family. She loves traveling, staying active, and making memories with her
husband, Brett, and their three kids, Kason, Kolby, and Rylan.
