Bailey is originally from Northwest Ohio and recently moved back after living in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated with her B.S. from The Ohio State University and obtained her Master of Sports Law and Business degree from Arizona State University.
She brings 8 years of experience working in the sports and entertainment industry to WestPac, with a strong background in business development, marketing, and project management. Bailey has worn many different hats fulfilling a wide range of roles for previous employers, and that is what fuels her. With previous stints at the Arizona Coyotes, Sun Devil Athletics, and most recently, Navigate, a data-driven consulting firm, she decided to take on a new challenge and transition into the finance industry.
Bailey is a firm believer in the truth that in the end we are remembered by what we pour out for others, and because of that she leads with a servant heart. As an Enneagram 9, she has a genuine passion for supporting and connecting with others and believes that building strong relationships is crucial to team success. She is ecstatic to be a part of the movement at WestPac and contribute to the future of this intentional organization.
Outside of work, Bailey is a big workout enthusiast, always training for something—whether it be a marathon or HYROX—and loves living an active lifestyle while continually learning more about wellness. She also enjoys exploring the outdoors, has a deep love for agriculture, and country music. She grew up on Creager Family Farm, where her family breeds showpigs and farms 1,000 acres of corn and soybeans in crop rotation. She started showing pigs with her siblings when she was four years old and competed in 4-H at the county and state levels. You will also find her black Goldendoodle, Winston, glued to her hip.
