Amanda grew up in Duarte, CA and continues to call Duarte home. She earned a Bachelor's in Commercial Music Business from Azusa Pacific University and a Master's Degree in Music from California State University, Los Angeles. During the Coronavirus outbreak of 2020 and the lockdown that ensued, she set her sights on a new path, obtaining a Paralegal degree from UC Davis and becoming a Notary.
Using the analytical skills she learned from studying music, as well as the creativity that music naturally develops in a learner, she began applying these virtues to Legal Document preparation. She specializes in Special Needs Document preparation, holding a passion for helping families with Special Needs children prepare for their future as the proud sister of her brother on the Autism spectrum
Amanda is actively learning additional financial skills from her mentors and bosses, Alfred Valencia and Raquel Naranjo, two excellent, experienced financial professionals. She hopes to continue setting up the Special Needs community for financial success, especially those of Latino heritage.
In her spare time, Amanda loves to spend time with her family and friends, go to theme parks, especially Disneyland, travel, go to museums, play soccer and sing. She hopes to accomplish a PhD in music and a degree in Latino or Chicano studies to help further her knowledge on Latino history and advance her community.
