Aimee serves as Director of Marketing & Training at WestPac Wealth Partners, bringing more than 15 years of experience in marketing and commercial real estate. In her role, she oversees public relations and brand positioning for the firm, including national awards and recognitions, blog content, press releases, and the distribution of marketing materials across multiple offices. She works closely with the VP of Marketing & Development to drive strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day marketing and training operations that support WestPac’s continued growth.
Prior to joining WestPac, Aimee held key marketing leadership roles within both national and boutique brokerage firms. She supported a top-producing multifamily team at a national brokerage, leading marketing, business development, and client service initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served as Marketing Director for a Scottsdale-based full-service brokerage, where she built and managed the marketing team and led strategic brand expansion efforts. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
Aimee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business from Arizona State University.
She holds Life & Health and Arizona Department of Real Estate Salesperson licenses. Outside of work, she values time with her husband and two active sons, Hudson and Decker, embracing the balance of career and family life in Scottsdale, Arizona.
